Out–of-state Residents: If obtaining a marriage certificate at the Sevier Country Courthouse the cost is only $45.00 (cash only), however obtaining a marriage certificate for out-of-state residents anywhere other than the Sevier County Courthouse would cost $105.00 (cash only.)
